Andy was quick to return calls and follow up to any inquiries. He could regularly show properties with quick turnaround and also has great references for various other professionals required in the home buying process. Helpful with negotiating a buying price. Knowledgeable of the process and great for first time home buyers.
Andy was a great realtor! I contacted him over a year ago about looking into properties but wasn't ready to buy. We stayed in contact and I looked at properties online. When we were ready to buy we made an offer the first day we looked at houses! Andy was great every step of the way in explaining the whole process.

Andy Kaknes was instrumental in fighting Bank of America to ensure I received monies that were promised to me in the sale of my home as a Short Sale. Andy is truly fantastic at what he does. He helped me purchase my home in Lowell, and his knowledge of the area is second to none.
