I am incredibly grateful that I was able to have Andy to help with my search. I was very appreciative of his professionalism, patience, and most of all, his honesty. I always felt like he was looking out for my best interests and not simply trying to make a sale. Andy had all the knowledge and contacts to get me going and within 2 or 3 weeks of contacting him, we won a bid. When I'm ready, I fully intend on utilizing Andy again in the future.
Andy is a fantastic agent who did a phenomenal job selling our condo! He clearly communicated his strategy, provided step by step instructions on what we needed to do, and put us in touch with a stager and lawyer who were trustworthy and reliable, and helped us close the deal.
