Patient and very helpful. he understands my points and worries to the best of his ability, and asks good questions when he needs clarification. Always listens to me, even if my questions are stupid. Attentive staff that usually gets everything done quickly. The only problem I've experienced with him was arranging the first appointment, as it was rescheduled a few times. After that, no problems have risen.

He's great. Listens, considers his patient's experience and is willing to check numbers a lot of Drs just don't think are important but really matter. I would recommend him to anyone suffering hashimotos or hypothyroidism.

Terrible service. Reported them as fraud. Trying to charge me $500 for a 10 minute zoom call.

I’ve seen Dr cheng for years he has always been very caring and responsive. He is patient with me and my many concerns and works really efficiently!

I had high hopes based on his website information, but those hopes disappeared within the first 5 minutes with Dr Cheng. Most unorganized medical office I have ever been in, Dr Cheng literally spent more time looking for the things he needed to conduct the exam than he actually did doing the exam. He seemed confused, disorganized, and very unsure of what he needed to be doing. He does not appear to have a good command of the English language and either he did not understand the questions I was asking or he did not hear them ... read more
