I first reached out to Andy with David Kahn in April 2020 when he helped sell our home during COVID and move into an apartment. The sell went so smooth from beginning to end. I referred him to a friend whom he helped sell her home and eventuall purchase a new one. We have used Andy three (3) more times and not once has he disappointed us in any way. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Andy. He went above and beyond to help us find the right home, and we never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. We toured close to 20 homes, and since we were coming from out of town, Andy was always flexible with scheduling and made sure we could see as many houses as possible during each trip. Andy was an amazing realtor to work with and made the home buying process (and the searching process) so easy for our family. He did his homework on each house he showed us and was prepared for any questions we could throw his way! Besides that, he was beyond accommodating to our availability and we really felt that he went above and beyond for us. If we are to buy or sell another house in the future, we will absolutely be calling Andy!

Andy was excellent. We had been searching for more than a year and moved on from another realtor. Andy was always available, when he wasn’t he immediately responded. He listened to our questions and concerns and always followed up. There was no part of the process where we were left wondering. My wife and I highly recommend Andy Carter.

This was my second time working with Mr. Andy on selling and buying a home and as usual the process is always smooth from the start. He is very detailed in everything regarding the home buying and selling process. There is never a time where he has not been available to explain something to us and make sure that we were good with every step of the process. If you are looking to sell or buy Mr. Andy would definitely be the person for the job.
