This place has no customer respect! Andy is incredibly mean and will never allow you to opinionate or point a problem you may have with your nails. He's always grumpy and will make your visit miserable, unfortunately it's starting to rub off on T as well. Avoid this place if you want kind customer service.

I regret to mention that the customer service is starting to suffer here. The airbrush technique does not last....I've had to return several times to have a nail or two fixed within no more than two days of having them done. It's a shame that when you are paying for a service and very generous with gratuity that the owner gets very defensive when a customer nicely recognizes the polish is uneven or something not right with the nail itself. Fantastic place. Used to go to them when he worked at the mall and now followed them to their née place. Always friendly and they do great nails especially for those of us who wear gels or acrylics. Always my recommendation for anyone looking for a great nail place.
