I have been a patient of his for 15 years now! In the last 2 weeks, I have left 6 messages stating I’m out of my medication and please send another prescription and/or call me. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM! I’ve asked his receptionist to call me and I’ve asked him to call me. Nothing! What is going on? What kind of doctor leaves his patient without their medication for 2 weeks?! Did he close his practice? I’m just absolutely furious!

I have left 3 phone messages asking for an appointment as a new patient in the last week. I have yet to hear back. They say they will call back with in 48 hours. They did not. I am quite disappointed by them.
Dr. Andujar has been fair and concerned with my personal concerns. He listens to me and we talk. The doctor has been excellent in helping me to get my depression and anxiety under control. What I like the best about Dr. Andujar is his extensive knowledge and that he hears me out so that I have a say in what works for me. He has always been caring and concerned with my overall health as well. His office worked with me when I lost medical coverage. He really is a very good Doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Andujar for about a year. I had never had any problems with him but I also took my husband with me to appointments. I decided I could trust him& made an appointment to go in alone. BIG MISTAKE!! I said 3-6 words & he blew up! He launched a verbal attack on me that left me shaking and speechless. All I needed was a slight adjustment to my medication. He really came down hard on me. He got mad & said he was going to double my medication, it never got sent in. Not going back!
Dr A is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go through your history and meds. He doesn't just prescribe and send you on your way. He will follow your care. I feel comfortable speaking with him and know that I have made the best choice in him as my doctor. (When you call, leave a message. You WILL get a return phone call that day... Or maybe the next, but I have never had any issues with calls, appts, billing, etc.)
