Saved the day/weekend for us! We were having a hard time figuring out how to hook up water to a new bunkhouse-the Friday before a long weekend and my six grandkids were en route. LIsa got me the help/information we needed and we were up and running an hour later. Kind and supportive service. Thank you, Lisa!
,We had an emergency water heater fail. We used their website to contact them before they opened. By the time 8 am arrived, we had spoken to Lisa and she was already working on her end to get a service team ready to go. Long story short, we have a new water heater installed, old unit removed, and area cleaned up all well before noon! Top to bottom, this is a great place to deal with, thank you Lisa and the excellent crew you sent. We recommend Rasmussen 100%.
Special thank you to Jacob, he installed the plumbing for a new shower system and smart toilet. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure the bathroom remodel went well and was in good communication throughout the three week remodel that required multiple visits from Jacob.
