I stopped in to schedule service on my residential boiler as I was without hot water. I provided them my name and number. I was told someone would contact me when they get back to the office. I never received that call.

Absolutely terrible service. You wait weeks for them to show up when already paid, the wall split unit they sold us does not work and they say they dont know why. So they said they will look at it in the spring?! And that's pretty much when the warranty is up. They were out to look at the unit in late summer!!! They dont return calls either!

Fantastic pricing and service. It is great to know we have someone we can rely on and the phone is answered when I have an emergency. Best septic service in Bayfield WI. We will be using them exclusively moving forward. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service!! I called for a blown washing machine shut-off valve. Whole house shut down, without water. From the office (Lisa) who returned my call, to Rick, the service technician who got right at the task of removing the broken pipe and installing new 1/4 turn shut offs. I couldn't be more pleased with the timely response, arrival and completion!! Many thanks!!
