Terrible, rude, disrespectful, gaslighting staff. Stay far away
The treatment I have received here is amazing. The therapists and the clinicians really care about their clients. However, the poor review comes about from one of their receptionists. I had received an email from my bank about a transaction that did not go through for a travel booking agency. I called the agency and asked about the email associated with the failed booking. Me and my children attend mental health therapy here and it’s been AMAZING. If you get to work with Maria or Erica, prepare for a wonderful experience. True experts with so much compassion and understanding. We got really lucky.
Ashley has a bad communication problem and doesn’t keep in touch with the parents regarding therapy or therapeutic services. I’m done with her service and this bad review should be taken serious. She needs more training as a therapist and I’m highly dissatisfied with her service. I hope Kira can give her more advice on how to be a better therapist. I’ve never had such a bad therapist before.
Will Violate your Rights in A Heartbeat , I Have also witnessed Clinicians roll their eyes and snarl at their patients, Your care is left in students Hands and if they drop the Ball. Oh Well they will be gone soon advancing their own career and your care will then be shifted over to another clinician that may or may not be Helpful at all. A Very Shifty Situation your Health Care is going be in. Its Really Like A Circus in there Clinicians Juggling patients like their Bouncy Balls We Are Human Beings.
