As a retired RN, I want to give thanks and appreciation to the entire staff. Dr Melendez-Defos was professional, personable and walked me through each step in the process, it made me feel at ease. The pre-procedure and post-procedure staff made feel real..like looked at..they saw me.made me feel comfortable. Thank you! Now time for me to relax after procedure and watch a Netflix 😉 that came highly recommended by a fellow RN.
