RecommendedMy son was so sick . I was completely out of sorts . the staff not only treated my son with compassion. But they say I needed a little reassurance as well. The ER staff was kind considerate and treated us with the upmost respect. I was so impressed by the staff.
My Dad has been a patient there for 7 days. We have heard absolutely nothing from Dr. "Z" or even a nurse. We made several attempts and were told every day that "someone will absolutely call you today to let you know what his condition is" Here it is day 7 and NOTHING! I realize this covid 19 is an issue but this is no way to treat a family concerned about a loved one! Very frustrating not knowing. Something needs to be done!
THERES NO EXCUSE FOR ABUSE. THIS IS A HORRIBLE FACILITY.
I went In last night so sick they made sure I was completely comfortable and calm thank you to Elizabeth Moore the emergency room doctor she was kind sweet and compassionate.
This is the second procedure that my 4 year old has had done with Dr Kardell & the OR staff. They are all amazing and made me feel so comfortable! They seriously make you feel like family. Thank you for being a community I trust with my son 🥰♥️
I was recently admitted to AVH for an abdominal hemorrhage after a laparoscopic procedure for an ectopic pregnancy. I was in immense pain, scared and nervous. Dr.Pinkerton in the ER was phenomenal- doesnt sugar coat things and takes all concerns seriously. Every staff member that dealt with my case was top notch! The x-ray/CT tech had a great sense of humor and really put me at ease while I was there. I was admitted, and the med surge staff were all nice.
