I wish as a seller I had say in which title company to use. Between the buyers lender and ATC, my closing was rescheduled 3 times. I was told my deed would need more work because of a right of way and when an easement was offered we were told no but in the end an easement was what was signed. I personally emailed Zahava 3 times looking for clarification on emails being sent between herself and my realtor with no response.
