Disappointed to See a Great Community Moving in the Wrong Direction Four years ago, I would have given Andrews Isles a glowing 5-star review. In fact, I did. The staff, especially Alex Gil and Mackenzie, set a standard for customer service that was genuinely rare. Jenice was great while giving the tour, apartments are really nice. Especially compared to my place in CA. Am wondering if those silver lights on the railing can have the bulbs changed to phillips hue lights though.
I had a wonderful experience working with Jenice, the Leasing Agent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, kept me informed, and made everything easy and stress-free. Her excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend working with Janice if you’re looking for a new apartment!
Sam at the front is the best resident agent they have. Always professional, courteous and answers my questions and concerns.
I looked at an apartment here and like it. The office people are very nice and kind. the maintenance guy was outside and he stopped to talk to me too. i heard about this place from a friend and wanted to check it out b/c she said everyone was so great there.
