TRAVIS BENTLEY IS ONE OF THE BEST MAINTENANCE MANAGERES, I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AS A VENDOR. HE GIVES DIRECTION AS TO WHAT HE WANTS AND NEEDS AND HIS EXPECTATIONS OF US AS A VENDOR. OUR COMPANY AND STAFF LOVE WORKING AT THIS COMPLEX. HE IS EASY GOING YET EXPECTS QUALITY WORK. HE MAKES OUR CLEANERS FEEL AS IF THEY ARE TRULY A PART OF HIS TEAM.
I moved to Andros about a year ago and at first, I thought it was great. I have since realized it just looked that way. The staff is rude when asked questions if you can even ask. The parking situation is insanity, if you come home after 10 at night you will NOT find parking anywhere near your apartment. If you find parking, you will end up with ants all over your car because the complex will not deal with massive ant hills taking over. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything!!!
