I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hancher and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Hancher took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt genuinely heard and respected throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Hancher to anyone in need of audiological care.

Terrible experience. They made me an appoiuntment over the phone and did want to check my insurance coverage. Went to appointment and they sent me away because provider is not in network with teh state of Minnesota. I don't recommend this place to anyone on Medicaid insurance.

I met with Kari Hancher today. She is new to Andros, but has been a practicing audiologist for about 10 years. She is both friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my existing hearing aids, but with a no-pressure suggestion, encouraged me to save up to get the latest technology aides when I can. I highly recommend her, and Andros in general. I’ve been with them for over 10 years.
