They really went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Great business model.
We had a wonderful experience working to replace our flooring. We were blown away by how much more affordable quality products were at andriots vs. the big box store. Every single time I walk into the bedroom to the big patch of squeaky flooring, it reminds me that I need to warn people. I could have spent money anywhere, but I drove from Louisville to Shelbyville to support a small business. Like many businesses, they use subcontractors. You are at the mercy of the subcontractor to get the job fixed. It took them six months and even THEN they didn't match the piece. I have more wrong, but I was tired of being ignored by Androits. They will not fix your floors if there is a problem that was their fault. The manufacturer even sent a specialist out and said Androids installed the floor improperly. This took over 9months, many phone calls, two in-person meetings, two canceled appointments (by them) to final send someone out. The person knew nothing about the situation and did not come equipped with what was agreed to us by Andriots.
