From the first phone call to Dr. Volkov's office with the friendly receptionist until my discharge today post surgery, my experience with Dr. Volkov and his team has been just outstanding. Dr.Volkov is very friendly, professional, understanding, caring, and akhnowledgable, he gives you all the time you need to listen to you and discuss all your isues, i highly recommend him to all friends and family.
Just did 2 back to back surgeries for a fusion and I want to say Dr Volkov is the BEST of the best. The level of compassion from the first meeting to now was out of this world. His staff is just as good. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly, thank You for all your help, a doctor that puts his patients first in a world where bottom line matters more. Would recommend him to my family.
