Anderwtech was solid comfort, right down to Winston the shop dog. Recently transplanted back to Maryland from Washington State, but I'm in a part of Maryland I am not familiar with. Brought in the 4th or 5th Subaru I have owned (depending on how you count that), and the best so far - silver 2006 Legacy Wagon 2.5i Ltd. Andrewtech built my 5 speed for my 02 wrx. There was an issue after about 200 miles of driving. I called, talked with Sam, and the problem was fixed, no questions asked. Great people, great customer service, and a great company. I call them first when looking for a part. Each time I've gotten things cheaper than buying directly from the source.
They do great work and recommendations are with thought of the customer. They look out for you, who else does that?

They have been maintaining my Forester XT as if it was their own with extreme care and due diligence for several years now. Hands down the best shop I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The customer service I've experienced in the past 3 years has been above and beyond anything else I have seen before. Add to that the fact that Sam has saved me thousands by not only charging less than a dealer or other shop but also advising me on the correct course of action. While other shops have dollar signs in their eyes when they see a customer, Andrewtech truly has the customers best interests at heart. Thank you guys for all of your help.
