I gave Mr. Andrew a call about my car needed a jump off and he came right over. After looking at the battery he noticed the screw came loose and he tightened it. He gave me advice on the battery cables needed replacing. He was very helpful and advising me the things I needed for my car. Most people take advantage of females charging them unnecessarily price but he didn’t he told me what I needed and he gave me his card just in case I needed him again. writing this on behalf of my boyfriend- my boyfriend got a flat tire on the freeway today, he stopped and helped my boyfriend on the side of the road to put on a spare tire. what a genuine gesture and my boyfriend says “real cool guy” :)
Great customer service and really came through
Absolutely amazing he explained the problem was very polite and came in a timely fashion. Good prices honest work.
Always answered the phone promptly and was very transparent throughout the vehicle diagnostic process. Arrived on time for both appointments and provided reliable, professional service. I will definitely be Andrew again for future repairs and maintenance.
