Once they get your money and you drive away, all customer service STOPS, even if they did not “fix” the problem. Charges too much, does shoddy work, and owner is rude.

Hi Marie, we looked thru our data base & we are unable to find you as a client. If you could contact us with the name that the repair order was done under I would be glad to see what we could do to make you one of our many satisfied customers. Furthermore, if you gave the review due to some personal vendetta it dimishes the overall value that facebook provides for other consumers. It errodes the creditibility that not only hurts the business, but other businesses and the consumer.
Great customer service, professional, reliable and dependable. I would Highly recommend Andrew's for all your car care needs.
