We knew the previous owners and the business was sold to Block Advisors (Different than H&R Block). Block Advisors is operating under the Andrews' name. This year we dropped off a parent's taxes and never received a call. We sent e-mails and left messages inquiring on the status. In early May, after they were due, we missed a call and went to the office. It is closed and vacant! We called the listed number and it rang to an office in Dowagiac MI (city about 20 minutes away). 12 years I've be coming here for very simple taxes. Almost 400 dollars for a simple file. No call to come pick them up, took nearly three weeks. No longer privately owned not clear on pricing, will not be back. No reason to come here anymore , takes longer and costs more!
