Taken Advantage of My husband and I recently purchased an older home. Though the home was older, the roof had recently been replaced by Andrews Roofing in 2020 by the previous owner. The first heavy rain we had, the roof began to leak in the kitchen. My roof was damaged in March of 2022 and my insurance company approved the lowest offer being Andrews Roofing. The roof got completed on May 31 2022. On July 10 2022 I woke up to the ceiling leaking right at the heat stack. I went onto the roof and to my dismay I saw the flashing around the heat stack had not been replaced or “appropriately flashed into the new roof” as the contract states. Great family business! My father had a roof put on and it looks great, we had a small correction that needed to be done, 1 phone call to office, I believe it was Joe, and he made sure a great employee (Chris Wilkinson) came out, took a look and had the repair done quickly. My father was very impressed and was happy Chris came back out as he was there during the install. Chris also spoke with my father to make sure he was happy. Andrews Roofing just completed replacing my 98 year old standing seam metal roof in a historic district. The experience, completed roof & communication was fabulous. I walked into their office unannounced one day & Jeri & another representative took the time to discuss my concerns...prior to even being asked to provide an estimate.
