Update: After our concerns were brought to the attention of the owner, Mr. Andrews, he was immediately responsive and personally reached out to see how he could make the situation right. We were very pleased with his willingness to fix both the roof and kitchen ceiling. He has restored our faith in his business and I would not hesitate to use his services. Great family business! My father had a roof put on and it looks great, we had a small correction that needed to be done, 1 phone call to office, I believe it was Joe, and he made sure a great employee (Chris Wilkinson) came out, took a look and had the repair done quickly. My father was very impressed and was happy Chris came back out as he was there during the install. Chris also spoke with my father to make sure he was happy. I highly recommend this company, Chris and Joe, if you want to work with good honest people! ... read more
