I’ve hired Andrews Roofing for 2 of my rental properties roofs now. One was about 10 years ago. His price was very fair and when there was a manufacturing issue with some of the shingles (they would slide off the house) he came at least 6-7 different times to repair the sections that had the defect. Never charging me anything for coming back a repairing the damaged area.
