Great if you like living without AC. Office personnel, Sue, will make you feel like you do not matter at all. So many excuses with absolutely no results when you need something repaired. Can't even make you an appointment for repairs, will get to it when your name, "comes up!" My experience has been at least 3 weeks or more. Have been without AC all summer, came once, after 3 weeks, fixed it only to come home and find out it still is not working. Will probably be another 3 weeks before they come back.
