Can't decide which customer service is worse. . . Comcast or this office. The audiologist cancelled two appointments in a row for my 85 year old mother 15 minutes before the scheduled appt. I called for my Mom's records and was told it would be a $1 per page. No medical service is worth this aggravation.

STILL OWES ME MONEY!!! My daughter was in Cape Coral for a clinical rotation for school and urgently need to see an ENT for something lodged in her throat. They demanded payment ($530) before services were rendered because we have a high deductible plan. Then they billed our insurance ($721.81), collected payment from insurance for the allowed amount, did not give us the required contract adjustment of ($369.84), keep the money from our insurance and only refunded back $178.37. I was very pleased on the immediate service, the friendliness of the staff and the great effort the front desk made to accomodate pricing. I had a serious issue and I felt confident in there suggestions. I would recommend them. When people are pleased they forget about commenting unless they feel slighted (more often than not its unfounded complaints). I felt it important to note the efforts.

In total agreement with all the other reviewers. The office is a complete disgrace. Ann, who claims to be Dr. Andrews assistant, is rude, ignorant and a total disgrace to the nursing professional. My husband want for a throat biopsy at the assigned time, as pr. a phone call the night before, and was told when he arrived that he was to late and had to return another time. I agree with the previous review 100%. The staff was unconcerned with the patients situation and stated "We don't make the rules!". Blamed the practices of the office on new " Obama rules" and failed to accept responsibility for their un professional behavior. They also insist on taking your social security number or full payment up front. No doctor office has the legal right to any social security number. The patient walked out and the staff gloated about charging him a cancellation fee. I'm transferring my care immediately... read more
