I have learned to hate buttercream - after tasting Andrew's buttercream I am enjoying crème horns again. My grandmother used to take me to a bakery in downtown Marion. She would buy crème horns for me. They were luscious and were made with real whipped cream. Shortly thereafter crème horns made with real whipped cream were made illegal due to the spoilage problem.
