Homes are on top of each other. Lots of inventory homes on lots that back up to swamps and mosquitos breeding waters, on some the back of the property is not pet or children friendly as they significantly slope down. The sales staff is very good. The overall location of the community is excellent. Homes for being mass produced as of mid Feb 2023 are approx 20% overvalued. What an experience! The on-site agent and construction superintendent were knowledgeable and extremely professional! They spent the time with me and answered questions about the community, current market, future market, construction process, as well as information on the surrounding area. Great location… close to schools, hospitals, shopping areas, and much more. Andrew’s Park is definitely on the top of my list of places I’d love to re-locate to! I highly recommend stopping by.
