AMS came out same day to look at unit that was not working. It was 100 degrees outside and our main level AC needed to be replaced. Not only did we get a quote same day and units ordered and installation date scheduled but they assisted in temporarily getting the old unit to cool while we waited for install. Beau responded in less than 4 hours on a weekend in the heat of summer. He isolated my problem and replaced a rusted, broken motor in less than an hour.
