Not impressed. – I hate writing bad reviews but I would just like to warn others about this store. While they initially seemed pleasant, my fiance and I were extremely disappointed in their actual service. My ring is from this chain (Andrews/Rogers Jewelers) and we decided to bring it in to get cleaned and re-plated. We were told it would be finished and ready for pick up the following evening.
