Had my furnace/AC unit replaced earlier this year and they have been functioning as they should. After a handful of estimates, Andrews was the best choice for me. Cam took the time and explained all the equipment thoroughly, was very patient with all my questions and didn't pressure me to make a decision. Fair pricing and good customer service goes a long way nowadays. Keep it up!
Needed a new water heater. Andrews gave the most competitive quote which was great because I also wanted to support a local business. They were very responsive to my questions before the install and the crew were all professional and courteous during the job. Came out fast to fix our AC when we were having trouble getting someone out when it was really hot and we have pets and a baby. He figured out the issue and fixed it quickly while explaining everything. He even cleaned our outdoor AC unit and showed me how to maintain it. He verified everything was good before leaving and showed me every step along the way. Went above and beyond just the repair. Costs were super reasonable. Was also very nice and friendly. Would call again.
