I’m very concerned about the closing of the Brightwood office all other locations are east of the Anacostia River very very far from NW DC and the Henson Ridge location is in a high crime area will there be another up town location provided to the customers who have used this location for many years

I went into Andrews today to claim beneficiary money from my Grandmothers account and was warmly greeted by Rachel who was able to process everything fast. I didn't have any intentions on starting an account but once Rachel explained all the benefits I was sold. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and services Andrews has available to members. Will definitely refer other family and friends.

Excellent customer service within quite a professional environment. I greatly recommend this branch, to any in the DC area, especially if you get to work with Branch Manager Mrs Rice - Though the entire staff was courteous and ready to help !
