This is literally the worst financial institution I have ever banked with. I am definitely closing my accounts and going elsewhere. This is the second time this bank has charged my account over $300 and if I hadn’t called I’m not sure if the funds would’ve come back. I have a flight to catch that I must find other means to secure because this bank has my money tied up. No explanation, no compensation, just it will be back in 24-48 hours.
