Jim Andrews recently completed the build out of our new dental office. I chose Jim because of his reputation and because I knew that building out a dental office is not the same as adding on a porch let alone renovating a kitchen or bathroom. It needs to be done by someone who is familiar with the specifics of dental office design and building codes. My wife and I recently moved to the Chicago area from out of state and purchased a home that needed a lot of tender loving care. Jim Andrews and company turned what was once a fixer upper into what we now call our castle. Andrews Construction designed and remodeled our entire home. A complete restoration inside and out that raised the valuation of our home quite substantially at a very reasonable price. I used Andrews Construction in 2009 to build my office and at that time had a fantastic experience. Everything was done in a very timely way and the results were excellent. All charges were itemized and extras were approved prior to starting them. So in 2015 when I wanted to expand my 2000sqft office by 700 sqft, I of course turned to them to complete the project.
