First of all the ladies at the front desk were so friendly . I booked luxury head spa. And yes it worth every penny! I walked in and the whole atmosphere was so nice. They asked if you need coffee or water and they then linnea the lady who was going to do the service for me that day was so friendly and beautiful. She also explained everything through out the process. I had my scalp checked and it was good to see the details. I had the most enjoyable experience with Linnea during my head spa service. She made the entire appointment so relaxing, and I left feeling like my hair and scalp had never been cleaner. Since my visit, I’ve noticed more volume and even new growth — my hair feels completely refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her!

I was passing through Ohio and needed my roots coloured and found Andrew’s Colour Autelier that used my colour brand, L’Oreal. Whilst they didn’t carry my exact mix, they kindly ordered it in for me and assured me they could mix what I needed. When I arrived, everything ran like clockwork - Sammy was brilliant, she had the notes on file from my emails, mixed the colour, put it on in the same way my colorist does back home and gave me a lovely natural dry and my roots were back to normal and with the right colour. Jackie is a magician! I had the most amazing experience from the second I walked in the door. The salon is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Jackie asked great questions during the consult and delivered above and beyond my expectations! I am over-the-moon happy with the results. 11/10!
