Toxie is great Brent however not so good sold us a lemon! got his inspector (Mark Lawson) to look at the house said the ac was good month after we bought it, it went out warranty couldn’t cover it because they said it’s two different size units inside and out his inspector didn’t say it was a problem nor did he bring it up that it was two different sizes, next said the roof was in good condition for it being 10-15 years old after all this rain we’ve been getting now we got all these leaks, but before we moved in said there’s... read more
