We have bought two cars from this dealership. We have been very pleased. We just bought a car from Josh Hatfield and we’re very pleased with him. He went over and above to please us. We will definitely buy from him again.
We made the mistake of buying our escalade from the memphis cadillac dealer. Their service department is absolutely horrendous to deal with. Andrews in Mt Juliet however is fantastic. Great communication, quick appointment, loaner car, and quick turnaround. Well worth the 3 hour drive each way to not have to deal with the memphis dealership.
Was not happy several times whith their service 1. they put have oil change so I have to go back and ask them to fill it up 2. Refuse to replace it whoth warranty 3. Manager very rude To relpy to your message First I don't have escalade . Sad to know that I'm your client for 8 years and still don't remember my vehicle. 2. The manager was rude to me and he don't even want to listen and asks me to grab my keys and wait outside the service department under the sun and heat ( and you can check the camera) 3 . Service is horrible . Service manager is not willing to give time to help or listen . Battery under warranty but still they cant replace it 0 star
