My wife and I just bought a new Cadillac XT5. I couldn’t be happier with the customer attention and the experience we received. I dealt directly with with Joey Pugliese and he organized everything flawlessly!! When it came to signing, the have a screen built onto the desk that makes everything as clear as you could ever ask for. They went over every detail and you actually sign on the full desk screen. Brennan was a superstar. Lease was up on our vehicle. He prepared all paperwork BEFORE I came in to complete the purchase. Only tool 45min out the door. Highly recommend.
Service department. I have warranty work they just refuse to get back with me on. Been dealing with this for MONTHS. Literally warranty work it’s so easy but their advisors are so bad im just stuck with a bad Cadillac within warranty. I’d advise to stay away or go to the Brentwood location but who knows that has the same owners. I’ve had better service at a Nissan store.
