I don't usually write reviews, but this dealership earned it - especially Josh H. (Sales) and Robert F. (Service). Josh made the sales process smoother than my morning coffee. No gimmicks, no games, and just honest communication, quick responses, and a genuinely effortless experience from start to finish. I love my XT6 but what I love even more is the customer service! Robert Fort is the best there is and is always so kind, helpful, and really makes you feel like you’re his only customer. I wont take my car anywhere else!
This dealership in Mt. Juliet goes out of their way to be courteous and diagnose your concerns which is something that is sorely lacking from the Brentwood location. It was a complete 180 experience. Since I meant to write this review months ago I unfortunately don't remember everyone's name I dealt with except for Robert, but everyone was truly so nice. I went to Andrew Cadillac mount juliet Tn for check engine light snd i have Cpo they told me I have to change the battery that the cause for check engine lights I told them i have cpo they told me cpo bumper to bumper warranty but not like the manufacturer warranty the one till 50k mile so you have to pay fir battery.
