The main doctor there has been caught abusing several animals. He hit a cat in the face while holding it neck then smashing its face into the table.
Animal abuse behind closed doors. Avoid at all costs unless you want your cat strangled by a slip lead and hit so hard in the face it loses its vision. They sedate the animals there for boarding if they’re being too “noisy” (aka barking/meowing) and mistreat them if they’re deemed “annoying”.
