Absolutely Great Experience Absolutely great experience. Car was towed in because I couldn't get it to start. Worked with Brian who diagnosed the problem as being the starter and gave me an estimated labor time of 4 hours to complete the job. He called back after it was finished and told me it only took 2 hours to complete the job when he could have easily said it took him the original 4-hour time estimate to complete. I've always held services that I have no knowledge of with a certain distrust. Not so with Andrew's Auto. I have finally found my repair shop. Trustworthy. Honest. Reasonable. And explains repairs in layman's terms. I'll be recommending them to all my friends. Andrew's- you've just made a fan out of me.

Pricey!!!! Sorry, I hate giving harsh reviews (3 stars isn't bad), but these guys are pricey for the quality of work. I've taken too many vehicles here and have not been impressed, at least relative to other mechanics.
The best car repair shop I have used Andrews Auto Service for years now. I trust them completely to provide honest, reasonable and effective car repairs. I even had them examine the used cars that I was considering purchasing. I have had the one that they recommended now for about 4 years and it has only had to have one repair. I recommend Andrews Auto Service to all my friends.
