Had an AC unit go out recently and was told that it needed to be repaired for approximately $2500, replacement was $4200 ($1000 higher that 2 other estimates). Was told by owner and his wife that our units were not covered by warranty because "commercial businesses have 1/2 warranty as residential customers". Good thing I found the manufacturer's certified repair technician. They repaired the unit for $580 and all parts were verified to have full warranty for an additional 4 years. We are still paying for the shoddy work done on our place at Lost Key.We had to pay for another mistake today, for work that was done two years ago. I am so glad we found a reputable company in Perdido Key.
