Pensacola Heating and Air Conditioning is now our go-to for HVAC. They provided fast, reliable service and were very courteous. Technician arrived on time and had everything working again within an hour.
They came highly recommended by my neighbor, and now I totally get why. They delivered on every promise.
Had an AC unit go out recently and was told that it needed to be repaired for approximately $2500, replacement was $4200 ($1000 higher that 2 other estimates). Was told by owner and his wife that our units were not covered by warranty because "commercial businesses have 1/2 warranty as residential customers". Good thing I found the manufacturer's certified repair technician. They repaired the unit for $580 and all parts were verified to have full warranty for an additional 4 years.
