Great service day of surgery. More communication prior to surgery with details of what to expect would be helpful. The digital support and texts and emails provided were very helpful. There was a communication error with at home PT but ended up getting sorted. I had follow up questions post surgery and they returned my calls with answers quickly. Overall had a great experience the day of surgery.
The great clarity and kindness regarding my need for a 2nd knee replacement. He is a remarkable doctor. I have recommended him many times.
