I am very impressed with Andrew's knowledge and attention to detail. Sadly I had signed a listing agreement to sell our Newport Beach home with another agent who I was not happy with but Andrew stepped in to help make sure the transaction would go smoothly even though he knew he wasn't going to get paid for it.
