Dr was good. Staff was cranky. overall it was like no concerns for the patient and even the Dr was rushing. i stopped going a couple years ago. Oh and they don’t answer phones and good luck trying to schedule.
No one answers the phone here. I'm trying to get records from Weinberg from 7 years ago. He has disappeared off the planet. Can someone please answer the phone or help me. Thanks.
Called for an appointment and was told someone would call me back shortly. It took over 2 weeks to get a call back. Found a different doctor
Ive been a patient of Dr. Weinberg for 3 years. I like him a lot and have always felt he had my best health in mind. My problem is with his office staff. Communication between them and me is horrible. I saw the Dr in May of '19. He ordered 2 tests which can be done at any local Simon Med. I was contacted by Banner Scheduling to set up and appt and they told me I had to go all the way to University Hospital. My wife and I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks. They keep telling us someone will call us back. The last 2 times we called they said the office supervisor will call us back. We haven't heard anything. The Dr may be good but the office is horrible.
