Andrew helped and successfully guided me on a complicated refinancing operation, dealing with a tricky situation I've not had before with uncooperative appraisers, slow underwriter responsiveness, coming up with alternatives and options even through the prolonged process that dragged due to 3rd parties we could not control. We worked remotely - me in the East Coast and Andrew in the West Coast without issues.
Andrew worked relentlessly and tirelessly to find me the best rate possible. He proved himself to be an honest and transparent broker who was also really sensitive to finding me the best deal (as opposed to finding himself the best commission). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
Although I did not end up booking a mortgage through Andrew, he had the integrity to encourage me to phone my existing bank to try to get a rate that was competitive with the rates that he could get....which I did (and it worked!). Thanks Andrew!
