I have been trying to reach the medical staff since 8/24/26 with a question about a procedure. There is no one to answer the phone and you can only leave a message. I would love to continue to use this practice even though Dr Herman has left but Dr Steele can not be reached. I finally received a call back from the office today, 9/14/26. I am glad I was not a post op patient. Leanne was very nice and answered all my questions.

Heartfelt I want to sincerely thank my doctor for his professionalism, dedication, and excellent work during my osteoma surgery. Dr. Steele is very compatient,caring and listens. He definitely shows up and puts patients first.When others were dismissing my daughters concerns he listen and helped up understand what was going on and options moving forward. When she was admitted he was always reachable if we needed anything and checked in with her through out the day. After she was discharged and sent home he took time to call her on a Saturday afternoon to see how she was doing.
