I started going to Dr. Fishbaine’s (Dr. Tran’s predecessor) shortly after he started his practice in State College decades ago. He and his excellent staff have always made me feel like family. His gentle hands and amiable nature made it a no-brainer for my wife and I to trust him to take care of our 4 and 5 year old children as his first Pediatric Patients over 35 years ago.
