I scheduled an appointment to have a roof rack installed on my car and was quoted a price. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and the cost was $75 more. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem but since Umamsky took over, this is not the first problem I’ve had. The least they could have done was honor the price I was quoted.
