I’m giving Umansky Toyota Service and Parts 2 stars. That is because Ruby and Michael(?) were good customer service reps. Other than that, I was greatly disappointed. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this time I’m going to because it means something to me. It all started when I called and spoke at length on the phone to a rep about the fact that I had lost one of my key fobs and needed a replacement. Maximum Kudos to Mike Schmidt, for being an outstanding Tech Advisor at Umansky Service. Auto repairs are always a stressful event but top notch advisors like Mike can smooth the road with their superior attention to customer needs. Mike did just that with a recent tricky and potentially expensive transmission problem on my Tundra. Mike went above and beyond to resolve the problem and the end result was beyond my expectations.
