I hired Andrew Tinkler from Keller Williams to sell my condo in Altamonte Springs. The condo had been roughly used by past tenants and needed many repairs and replacements. Andrew and I did a walk through and we made a list of all the things that needed to be fixed before going on the market. I asked Andrew if he knew of handymen who could do the work as I was not able. In this very difficult market, Andrew was able to find the best real estate agent in Illinois to sell our home within 24 hours and to find our new home in Florida. We were willing to go over our price range to buy the home we wanted, however Andrew found us the perfect home in our price range!
