This is easy. I bought my townhome from Andrew. I was about to walk away when he took the initiative to really point out the positives of this place not easily seen. Because of his knowledge and care I bought the home and am very happy with it. I know when I sell my place I will work with him, because of not only him being and active representative when selling but even now he gives me advice on updating my place even though I have not yet placed it on on the market.
