My experience with Dr Thompson was horrible. He has poor bed side manner and zero compassion. He stands on he back of my chair without even making eye contact, takes a look at the x-rays, says a few words and leaves the room without saying goodbye and does not really explain things. I felt rushed, mistreated an uncomfortable to ask questions. You can see and feel everyone is walking on pins and needles in his office. During my last visit he gave me the wrong diagnosis. Drs Thompson and Seeger have been our family dentist for 28 years. Hubby and son have BIG gag reflex. Staff worked hard at strategies to keep them comfy and allow hygienist to do their job! Dr. Seeger replaced a crown for me. Hubby referred on to specialist for gum transplant. Highly recommend Erin and Renee our family’s hygienist!
Even if I'm one of the few unlucky ones to experience Dr. Thompson's rude demeanor, I'm compelled to share my negative experience. Dr. Andrew Thompson is nothing but a condescending doctor who shows neglect and incredible insensitivity. The lack of clear communication and proper explanation left me feeling confused and uninformed about my own dental health. My overall experience is incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone seeking quality dental care.
I have been going for a year and a half. I was happy with all the treatments and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
