As mentioned on Yelp, Dr. Nadell made a diagnosis of Bipolar based entirely on information received illegally via an attorney who was given false information by my partner. This information was exchanged in direct violation of HIPPA. I’ve filed a complaint with the state licensing board and believe with the subpoena of Phone records and police body cams, there is a good chance this doctor will be losing his license to practice medicine in the next few months.
