The billing/appointment staff were kind and friendly. No one else was. At my first appointment/consultation, the staff member who took me back to the exam room was curt. The doctor was friendly at the consultation, which was the point at which I would decide whether or not to proceed with him as my oral surgeon. At the actual appointment for an extraction a technician was not at all warm, but rather abrupt. I found Dr. Ruvo to be friendly, courteous, professional and caring. He asked questions and got to know me as a person. He even called me the evening of two separate procedures to see how I was doing! Excellent doctor!
Very rude and condescending. Ended up rescheduling appt with a different physician.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Ruvo and his staff. They are some of the best I have ever had treat me. You will be in great hands if you have him as your physician.
