Great customer service
I had fillers put in and was very happy. Dr. Lyos is very friendly, listens to your concerns, and presents you with several options. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable. I’m returning for some additional treatments because the first experience was so great.
Went to Dr. Lyos for for a facelift and latter a CO2 laser. Both the doctor and his staff are very professional as well as friendly. I was extremely impressed that I was was given answers to all my questions and never felt pressure into any decisions. Pre=op and post-op he and his staff are totally supportive. Dr.Lyos listened and provided excellent service. The front staff also goes above and beyond. I was able to get the same day service and couldn't be happier.
I love how the staff takes time to listen to what I want and how Dr. Lyos takes time to get it perfect!! I really trust all their recommendations and love the care I received.
Dr Lyos takes time to explain everything, he does not push for addtional procedures or unnecessary work, he is honest with what results you can expect and gives you a real time line of when you will have the results. The best way to explain the experience is by saying it is a comfortable and safe experience with a trusted surgeon who's only concern is helping you achieve your goal. HIghly recommend?
